How we handle your data
Your account, your control
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account. Ganat facilitates the technical setup and sends messages on your behalf, but does not own or independently access your account beyond the permissions you approve.
Data processing only on your instructions
Ganat processes customer phone numbers and message content solely to deliver messages you initiate. We do not use your customer data for our own purposes, and we never sell it.
Designed to follow India's DPDP Act 2023
Your business is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you process through WhatsApp. Ganat acts as your Data Processor under a written Data Processing Agreement, executed as part of your subscription.
Consent and opt-in are your responsibility
Your business must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending WhatsApp messages — meeting both DPDP consent requirements and Meta's opt-in policy. Ganat provides the delivery infrastructure but does not independently verify recipient consent.
